Hana Financial Group has implemented a Pledge of Integrity system for partners from November 1, 2019 to establish a culture of fair and transparent transactions with suppliers and grow together. When signing a contract with a partner, we are required to collect a Pledge of Integrity.

Pledge of Integrity

Based on ethical principles, we understand that fair and transparent corporate management helps improve our competitiveness. In response to your implementation of the Integration & Ethics Code, we pledge to comply with and practice the following.

    We shall not, under any circumstances, provide undue profit, such as money or entertainment, to your executives and employees during the course of contract signing and performance.

    We shall not request nor receive any specific information related to the contract that may pevent the fair performance of duties.

    We support the ‘Hana Financial Group Declaration of Human Rights’ and shall fulfill our due diligence in protecting the human rights of executives and employees, customers, stakeholders, vendors, and local communities, and try to prevent any form of human rights violation.

    We shall perform our work honestly and transparently, to prevent our employees from engaging in any kind of unfair trade that may interfere with fair market practices.

    We shall formulate policies and standards on anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and fulfil our due diligence in enforcing them.

    We will promote cooperative win-win relationships with our counterparties and shall not take advantage of our superior position in order to seek any unfair trade or benefit.

    In the process of obtaining and implementing a contract, in the event of a breach in Clause 1) and 2), we shall bear any disadvantages such as restrictions on bidding, termination of contract, suspension of transactions, etc., and shall not raise any objection or action in criminal and civil terms.
