We receive various reports through “Healthy Voice” and seek to resolve them fairly and quickly

To fairly and promptly resolve any misconduct or corruption by employees of all affiliates within Hana Financial Group, we accept reports from employees or customers through “Voice of Integrity” for any of the following situations.

Reports handled by Voice of Integrity

Hana Financial Group accepts reports on any of the following activity among its employees.

    When violations of financial laws and regulations pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 7 of the Act on Corporate Governance of Financial Companies are suspected

    When failure to fulfill internal control management obligations pursuant to Article 30-2 of the Act on Corporate Governance of Financial Companies is suspected, or illegal / unfair work instructions during business operations are issued

    When criminal offenses including embezzlement, fraud, breach of trust, extortion, theft, acceptance of bribes, private financial brokerage, improper savings-related practices, or overseas asset concealment are suspected

    Where key accident prevention measures including duty separation, mandatory leave, long-service employee management, and internal control self-inspections are not implemented or are implemented negligently

    When major violations of internal regulations and procedural compliance requirements related to duties are suspected

  • 6

    When deficiencies in internal regulations and procedures are expected to lead to a significant financial accident

  • 7

    When there is instruction or pressure by other executives or employees to violate financial laws, internal regulations, or procedural compliance requirements related to duties

  • 8

    When other illegal or improper handling of duties or indications of accidents are suspected.

  • Reports regarding the Group’s affiliates should be posted on that affiliate’s website (online petitions, customer center).
  • Upon receipt of reports by an affiliate, the relevant division (Compliance department, or Examination department) of that affiliate will process them.
  • Reports should provide specific facts or circumstances. Reports unsubstantiated by facts may be considered libel or slander, and reports on an individual’s personal affairs will not be processed.

Protection of people submitting reports to the Voice of Integrity

  • ConfidentialityThe identity of the report giver shall not be revealed.

  • Protection from penaltiesReport givers shall not be disadvantaged in any way in relation to giving a report.

  • Reduction of liabilityIf someone reports an incident he/she is responsible for, liability shall be reduced.

  • RewardsReports that lead to prevention of damage to the Group or a substantial increase in the Group's profits shall be rewarded.
